A bit about me:

I’m an occupational therapist with more than 15 years of diverse international experience working in paediatric, adult, community and school-based settings. I specialize in providing both occupational therapy and psychotherapy interventions.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained expertise in supporting my clients with a wide range concerns, across the lifespan from infants to adults. My practice is grounded in inclusivity and equity, and I’m passionate about empowering individuals to engage in meaningful activities that enhance their well-being. 

I strive to create supportive, compassionate environments where mental health is prioritized, and clients can thrive in their everyday lives.
